Art Vest Studio is a small fine-art studio located at 30 Harley Ln, Huntly, VA 22640. We make original paintings, accept commissioned work, host small-group workshops, and offer framing guidance. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at artveststudio.us, how we use it, and the choices available to you. Information we collect
We collect very little, and only what is needed to respond to you:
- Contact details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of any message you send us by email or mention during a phone call.
- Details you provide in connection with a commission or workshop inquiry, such as the subject of a painting you have in mind or your preferred session dates.
- Basic, non-identifying technical information that any web server naturally records, such as the pages visited, approximate visit times, and browser type. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
The contact form on this website does not transmit data to us; it is provided for convenience and clearly labeled as such. Actual contact happens through the phone number and email address listed on the contact page.
How we use your information
We use the information you share to answer your questions, discuss commissions or workshop participation, arrange studio visits, and keep simple records of our correspondence. We do not use your information for marketing lists, automated decision-making, or profiling of any kind. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
Legal basis for processing
Where applicable under privacy law, we process personal information on the basis of your consent when you contact us, our legitimate interest in running a small studio and responding to inquiries, and the necessity of performing an agreement when you commission a work or join a workshop.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record standard request data when your browser fetches them; no account or tracking profile is created by us through that service. Embedded maps on the contact page are provided by Google Maps under Google's own privacy terms.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence and related records only as long as needed to serve you and meet ordinary record-keeping obligations, generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless you commission a work, in which case project records are retained for the life of the project plus a reasonable period. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@artveststudio.us or call (540) 675-1117. We will respond within a reasonable time and at no cost unless a request is clearly excessive.
Children
This website is directed at general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. Workshop participation by minors is arranged directly with a parent or guardian.
