Advertising Policy

No third-party advertising

Art Vest Studio does not accept, display, or sell advertising from third parties on this website. There are no banner ads, no sponsored posts, and no paid placements anywhere on artveststudio.us. We also do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with advertisers or data brokers. This site exists to describe the studio's work and to help visitors find us, and nothing else.

How we present our work

We describe our paintings, commissions, workshops, and framing guidance in plain language. The images on this site are photographs of actual work made at the studio or of the studio itself. We do not use deceptive claims, fabricated testimonials, or urgency tactics. We do not publish prices on this website because each piece and each commission differs; specifics are discussed honestly and directly when you get in touch, and there is never pressure to commit.

No sponsored content without disclosure

If the studio ever participates in a sponsored or paid arrangement of any kind, it will be clearly identified as such at the point where it appears. At present, no such arrangements exist. Anything written on this site about our own work is our own opinion and nothing more.

Outreach and inquiries

We do not send unsolicited commercial messages. We respond to inquiries people send us, and we occasionally follow up on conversations that are already underway, such as a commission discussion or a workshop question. If you would rather not hear from us, say so and we will stop. We welcome genuine inquiries from collectors, workshop participants, local organizations, and members of the press, and we answer them in the same unhurried way we do everything else.

Compliance

The studio follows applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws, including Federal Trade Commission guidance on truthful and non-deceptive advertising. If you believe anything on this site is inaccurate or misleading, please tell us so we can correct it promptly.
